Shipping policy
Free shipping on all orders over $75. (That's 3 tees — your dog would want you to.)
Every Managed By Dogs tee is printed and shipped from the US on 100% ring-spun Comfort Colors. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which means your shirt is made just for you — and it takes a few extra days to get out the door.
How Long It Takes
- Processing (printing your order): 2–5 business days
- Shipping (in transit): 5–10 business days
- Total: most orders arrive within 7–15 business days of being placed
Processing can run longer during holidays, new drops, and other peak periods. We'll always tell you if something is running behind.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the option you choose. Orders over $75 ship free.
We're working on international shipping — join our email list and you'll be the first to know when it opens up.
Tracking Your Order
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking the moment your package ships. Check your spam/promotions folder if it hasn't shown up.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after it's created — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Orders With Multiple Items
If you order several shirts, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. You're not missing anything — the rest is on its way.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because we print to order, we can only correct an address before your order enters production — email us at support@managedbydogs.com right away and we'll do everything we can.
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once you cover the reshipping cost.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7+ business days, or your order shows delivered but isn't there, email us at support@managedbydogs.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
If your shirt arrives damaged or with a printing defect, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it — no return needed.
Secure Checkout
All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
A Quick Note on Estimates
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume are outside our control — but our support is not, so reach out any time something looks off.
