Refund policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you don't love your shirt, we'll refund it. No need to send it back. (Your dog has probably claimed it anyway.)
How the guarantee works
- You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a refund, for any reason: the fit, the color, or you just changed your mind.
- Email support@managedbydogs.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong.
- We refund the price of the item(s) to your original payment method. You keep the shirt; there is nothing to ship back.
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your shirt arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. Your choice.
Shipping costs
For change-of-mind refunds, we refund the item price. Original shipping charges are not refundable, except when the problem was our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
Exchanges
Every shirt is printed to order, so we can't swap one for another directly. Want a different size or color? Request a refund under the guarantee and place a new order. It's the fastest way to get the right one.
Bundle orders
If you bought a bundle and ask for a refund on part of it, the refund is based on the discounted price you paid for those items.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel for a full refund before your order goes to print (usually within 24 hours). After that, the 30-day guarantee still has you covered.
Fair use
The guarantee is for real customers who aren't happy with their order. We may decline requests that show a pattern of abuse, such as repeated refund requests across many orders.
